DISCUSSION: Force:deformationcurvesgeneratedindicatealinearrelationshipbetween
forces generated and depth of penetration. It is therefore recommended
thatthe4mmmidpenetrationvalueisutilizedtopermitevaluationofa
range of chocolate types thus enabling comparison of a range of results.
