TheaccuracyoftheDV3TisveriedusingviscositystandarduidswhichareavailablefromBrookeld

Engineering Laboratories or your local Brookeld agent.  Viscosity standards are Newtonian, and

therefore, have the sameviscosity regardless of spindle speed (or shear rate). Viscosity standards,

calibrated at 25

°C,areshowninTable E-1(SiliconeOils)andTable E-2 (MineralOils).
